How do I return an item I purchased through Buy with Prime?Updated a year ago

To return an item you purchased using Buy with Prime follow these steps. 

1. Open your order confirmation email. 

2. Choose Order Details to view the order details page. 

3. Chose the Return button on the order details page. Note: You will only be able to see this button after the order has been delivered. 

4. Enter any additional information about the return. 

5. Confirm the estimated refund amount and summary of the return details to create the return. 

6. Choose Print Return Label and attach the printed label to the packaged order. 

7. Drop the return off at the location of the carrier listed on the return label.
