US Returns
We gladly accept returns for products with the tags still attached and in the condition you received them within 100 days of their delivery date. Once your return has been delivered back to us, we will either process your refund to your original payment method or issue your store credit as requested. The cost of the return shipping label is deducted from the order refund.
Make sure to only use our pre-paid return labels so we can make sure to track your stuff. We are unable to refund lost returns using labels other than our own.

For purchases made through a 3rd party website or retail store- please make your return or exchange at the original point of purchase. Consult the third party about how to return your product.
Exceptions
All products discounted 40% off or more are final sale. We do not offer partial returns on "buy one, get one" or product bundles. The entire "buy one, get one" or product bundle order must be returned to receive a refund. All e-Gift Cards are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange the item you received, please return the item for a full refund. We recommend placing a new order when you return your product. This ensures that you will receive the new item quickly and that the product is in stock.
International Returns & Exchanges
We cannot offer returns or exchanges for international orders at this time. All international orders are final sale.
