US Orders
All orders ship within 1-4 business days of the order date. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. Not seeing your tracking info? Double-check your promotional, spam, and junk folders. You can also use the chat feature on our website to track your order.
Once your order has shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days. Your order may take additional shipping time if you are located in Alaska or Hawaii.
At this time, we aren't able to offer expedited shipping for all orders. If your orders qualify for expedited shipping, you will be shown expedited options and the shipping timeline at checkout.
We work hard to get your orders shipped out within these timeframes. However, sometimes issues arise once your order is in the hands of the carrier, which may cause your delivery to take longer.
Please note that orders placed after 10 am MST on Friday or over the weekend will ship out the following week. Currently, we are unable to process orders on weekends or holidays.
International Orders

It may take up to 5 days (excluding weekends and holidays) for movement to start showing up under the tracking number. Not seeing your tracking info? At checkout, you will be shown a shipping timeframe you can expect to receive your order. This will vary based on order weight and the international delivery location.
